How to use Settings
This is where the app is connected to outside services. In normal daily use, staff should not need this page.
Square remains the source of truth for orders. Both modes are saved separately, and the app opens in whichever mode you used last.
Optional. Square webhooks refresh the boards within a few seconds; normal 15-second polling remains as a fallback.
In Square, subscribe to order.created, order.updated, order.fulfillment.updated, payment.created, and payment.updated. The URL must be public HTTPS and must exactly match the value above.
Used as the fallback starting point for Apple Maps directions and delivery routing.
Needed for drive time, distance, batching suggestions, and better in-house-vs-Uber Direct recommendations. The app automatically obtains and refreshes Apple's short-lived access token in Production; all Apple Server API calls are paused in Square Sandbox. Map links use Apple Maps either way.
For quoting and dispatching an Uber courier for Square/phone deliveries. This is separate from Uber Eats Marketplace.
Optional. Uber webhooks update delivery status, ETA, and courier map position as Uber sends changes. The existing 15-second status check remains as a fallback.
In Uber Direct, create webhooks for event.delivery_status and event.courier_update using the URL above, then copy the webhook signing key here.
Optional. Keep blank if you only want Uber Direct.
